Return Policy 

Original Receipt and Product in Original Packaging

7 days for returns from the Date of Purchase.

Trees, Shrubs, Vines being returned must be purchased within 7 days, they must be healthy (sellable condition), not planted and in their original pot, with original receipt and tags

Annuals, Vegetables, Herbs and Tropicals are final sale no returns. Exchanges can be made if the plants are in extremely healthy condition and were purchased within 2 days. Original Receipt is required for all exchanges.

Other product being returned must be unopened and unused and returned within 7 days for a full refund. If past the 7 days only a credit note can be issued for the amount paid.

One Year Tree and Shrub Plant Warranty

1 year guarantee from the original purchase date, on Planted Trees and Shrubs from Zone 1- 5B Planted at a permanent place of residence in Simcoe County

Original Receipt and Original Plant (whatever is left of the plant including root system) needs to be presented at time of return for the Guarantee to be valid.

A credit note is issued for the original value paid that’s indicated on receipt, the guarantee is only valid for the one time plant failure. Replacement plants are not guaranteed if credit is used on purchase

The following conditions or products are NOT under Warranty

• Annuals
• Perennial
• Rose bushes
• Vines 
• Houseplants/Tropical plants      
• Planted at a Rental property      
• Planted in Cemeteries
• Planted at the Cottage
• Zone 5 or higher e.g. Peach, Combo Fruit trees, Rhododendrons, Magnolias, Holly, Buddleia (butterfly bush),Japanese Maple, Eastern Red Bud, Rose of Sharon, Caryoptaris (bluebeard), Pieris Japonica and other tender shrubs
• Planted in pots or containers
• Damage caused by storms
• Damage done by person, animal or vandalism
• All Plants must be planted in the ground within a few weeks of purchase for warranty to be valid

A Store Credit is Issued for the amount that was originally paid

We only re-place a plant once, if you use the store credit towards another plant, that next plant is no longer guaranteed, there is no expiry date on the credit and it can be used for anything in the store
